Through a new partnership with EMaC, BMW and MINI dealers will offer pay monthly service plans to customers.
The new initiative was launched to support the brand’s strategic commitment to delivering ‘Best for Customer’ products and programmes, aiming to drive greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.

“As customers continue to demand increased flexibility, our partnership with EMaC allows us to market a product which offers more flexibility and convenience than ever before, as well as additional added value such as a free MOT.”
The BMW and MINI ‘Pay Monthly’ Service Plans are centred around customer convenience and flexibility to heighten their ownership experience.
Owners will be able to spread service and maintenance costs, rather than paying them upfront. The service agreement can also be modified if the customer chooses to upgrade their vehicle within the contract period.
Costing £19 per month for all petrol cars or £22 a month for diesel, the plan includes three years servicing, two years extra roadside assistance and the vehicle’s first MOT test.
Customers can purchase this plan in two ways; a one-off payment or 35 equal monthly instalments.
Since 2017, EMaC has provided service plans, retailer support and consumer solutions to BMW Group UK. It will continue to provide training to BMW and MINI dealers to ensure all sales and aftersales teams fully recognise and can demonstrate the benefits of the new pay monthly product.
