Plan Insurance Brokers are very proud to have been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2020. The Platinum Service Award is a newly created award that provides an independent seal of approval for companies that go above and beyond to consistently provide the highest levels of customer service.
The award is based on genuine feedback and ratings from Plan customers. Feefo has given Platinum Trusted Service awards to businesses who have achieved the “Gold” standard for three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5-stars.
Since Plan first partnered with Feefo in 2013, we have received 4,922 customer reviews with 4,726 of those reviews being a 5 or 4-star rating. In 2019, 813 customers let us know what they think with 96% leaving us a rating of 4 stars and higher.
Last year we also achieved an incredible Net Promoter Score of 80. This means that a staggering 85% of our customers would recommend us to their friends and family. What’s more, across all our lines of business, more than 86% of our customers go on to renew their policy with us.
