Maintaining our outstanding customer service rating is of utmost importance to us. For that reason, from 1 June 2021 our agents will be available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

This amendment will enable us to better coordinate team meetings, schedule training sessions and prioritise workloads during periods of peak demand. It also aligns our hours of operation with the majority of insurers.

Out of office hours you will still be able to submit non-urgent requests and queries via email to our team. Our agents will continue to respond to these in good time during our working hours.
