Insurance Foundation Scheme
Our very exciting Insurance Foundation Scheme offers candidates, who are ready to start a career, but unsure what area they’d like to specalise in, the opportunity to work in all parts of our business over an 18 month period.
Our in-house training department will provide you with the knowledge and skills to be able to make a real contribution to the company.
You will be assigned a ‘mentor’ who will be your regular point of contact for guidance and support and there will be regular reviews to see how you’re progressing.
You will also have the opportunity to take your Foundation Test (a formal CII qualification), and you’ll be paid!
