What do I do if my car breaks down or I have an accident?

Just one call to our 24-hour control room is all it takes to get you moving again. We will take details of your vehicle, location and circumstances and then immediately dispatch one of our operators, who will normally be with you in an hour.

Plan Assist will make sure that in the event of a breakdown or accident, a highly trained vehicle recovery specialist will reach you quickly to provide assistance. As well as roadside assistance and breakdown our cover even extends to your home all for an affordable £49.99.

What information will I need?

Upon receipt of payment you will be issued with your personal schedule of cover along with your membership card. We recommend you keep this in your car at all times.

Will you repair my vehicle by the side of the road?

A roadside repair will be carried out if at all possible, so you can continue your journey.

What will happen if a roadside repair is not possible?

If a roadside repair is not possible you will be taken to a garage of your choice within a 20 mile radius of the breakdown, and you will be taken to one chosen destination. If your vehicle cannot be repaired on the same day, your vehicle will also be taken to your chosen destination.

Onward transportation cover will only be provided to one destination, and can only be used if the vehicle cannot be repaired at the side of the road.

Is Home Start Cover included?

Home Start Cover is included in your Plan Assist Breakdown Cover. We will attend your address and assist you should your vehicle fail to start. If Plan Assist are unable to repair your vehicle you will be towed to the nearest garage.
