Just one call to our 24-hour control room is all it takes to get you moving again. We will take details of your vehicle, location and circumstances and then immediately dispatch one of our operators, who will normally be with you in an hour.
A roadside repair will be carried out if at all possible, so you can continue your journey. If a roadside repair is not possible you will be taken to a garage of your choice within a 20 mile radius of the breakdown. If a repair at this garage is not possible within a reasonable time frame you (and your passengers if you wish) will be taken to one chosen destination.
If at any time you require another vehicle to complete your passenger’s journey for them, Plan Assist will help you arrange transportation. Your passengers will be liable for the cost of this journey.
If your vehicle cannot be repaired on the same day, your vehicle will also be taken to your chosen destination anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Home Start Cover
Home Start Cover is included in your Plan Assist breakdown policy. We will attend your address and assist you should your vehicle fail to start. If Plan Assist are unable to repair your vehicle you will be towed to the nearest garage.

Additional Points
Onward transportation from a road side recovery will only be provided to one destination, and can only be used if the vehicle cannot be repaired at the side of the road.
Upon receipt of payment you will be issued with your personal schedule of cover along with your membership card. Details of what to do in the event of a breakdown or accident are confirmed within the paperwork.
