Please report all home and commercial insurance claims to your relevant Plan department first.
If in the event of an emergency, you are unable to contact us, you should contact your insurer’s claim help line number via the details below. Where stated only a general enquiry number is available. Your insurance company may not be able to provide any claims assistance until you have reported it to the relevant Plan department.
When calling please have your policy number to hand, and state the type of policy you have.
If temporary repairs are needed to prevent further loss, you should arrange for them to be done immediately. Keep any bills as they may form part of your claim.
You should not proceed with non-urgent repairs until you have obtained authorisation from insurers.
